The first step to become a Real Estate Agent is to complete the Alabama Pre-License Course. We offer online classes for students with busy schedules. The State of Alabama REAL ESTATE COMMISSION requires additionally (to Licensing Requirements), a SALESPERSON applicant must, prior to taking the state exam, successfully complete an approved 60 clock hour Pre-License course. (Salesperson applicants have 12 month to pass the state exam after completing this course, if not, the course must be retaken.)
